Trust, in plain language.

You choose which profile details other alumni can see. Sensitive identity and contact fields are encrypted in storage. Class administrators can review identity details for verification and reports. Community activity is shared with its intended audience. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

You choose your profile

Other members receive only the profile fields you have chosen to show. Email, phone, location, and social links are hidden by default. Your file number is hidden unless you choose to show it on your profile. Class administrators can inspect it for membership and report reviews. The network uses encrypted storage for sensitive identity and contact fields.

What you share with the community

Class posts, replies, circle memberships, RSVPs, and contribution ledger entries are community activity. The contributions tracker shows amounts and confirmation status to verified members. Share only information you intend the community to see. Messages and call proposals are available to their participants.

Administration and security

This release is for Class of 2018. Your selected profile fields are visible within the class. The supplied school roll supports background file-number and stream checks; it does not create accounts or dictate display names. File-number ownership reports can be submitted without signing in and are visible only to the class team. Class administrators review membership, reports, and contribution entries. Authorised system operators can access data needed to run and support the network. Encryption is not end-to-end. Data is not sold or used for advertising.

Ballot privacy

Ballots use a per-election, per-office token instead of a member ID. There is no individual ballot audit trail or ballot timestamp. Duplicate votes are blocked. Operators with the ballot secret can recompute tokens, so this is pseudonymisation, not an independently verifiable anonymous voting system.

Your choices and rights

Manage visible profile fields, email preferences, and download your profile and contribution data in Settings. You may request account deletion for administrator review. For privacy, access or support, contact [email protected] or your class representative through the private report form.
